3. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Guests who smoke inside the premises will be fined.

6. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
7. Please be mindful of your neighbours and avoid making noise after 11pm.
8. Lost keys/fobs incur a replacement fee.
9. Please do not move around any of the furniture.
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

- Clean Towels and Linen are provided for all guests
- Unit is professionally cleaned between each stay. We follow extra cleanliness protocols to make sure guests are super comfortable

- No smoking is allowed in the house. Cigarette buds should be properly disposed off and should not be left on the outdoor deck
