1. First and foremost, please treat the property as if it was your own home.
2. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.
3. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Guests who smoke inside the premises will be fined.

6. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
7. Please be mindful of your neighbours and avoid making noise after 11pm.
8. Lost keys/fobs incur a replacement fee.
9. Please do not move around any of the furniture.

This 1 BR + 1 bathroom suite is located just minutes away from big attractions such as the CN Tower, ACC,Rogers Centre, Metro Convention Centre, Ripley’s Aquarium, Union Station, Longo’s (grocery store), Banks, Bar and Restaurants.
Perfect for two guests, two couples, or families with one to two children.

• 1 bedroom with 1 full washrooms has a lot of natural light and can comfortably accommodate 3-4 people.
• The 1 bedroom has a queen size bed with memory foam mattresses
• For a larger party, there is a full sofa bed in the living rooms that sleeps 2 additional people.
• The apartment is very likely going to be your choice of stay because of its location, comfort and the price but I apologize if we are booked for the duration of your intended stay in Toronto.

• A 55” Large LED TV, large closet spaces.

The building is connected indoors via the PATH to Union Station and Air Canada Center. Reach Union station from Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) using the UP express train within 25 minutes every 15 min. Parking is available in the building at an additional cost. FYI Union Station is a central hub for all transit in Toronto and surrounding areas (GTA). The PATH is an underground network of walk ways that connect the cities core buildings together.
