1. First and foremost, please treat the property as if it was your own home.
2. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.
3. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Guests who smoke inside the premises will be fined.
4. No unregistered guests are allowed.

6. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
7. Please be mindful of your neighbours and avoid making noise after 11pm.
8. Lost keys/fobs incur a replacement fee.
9. Please do not move around any of the furniture.
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

We offer top of the line amenities as well as chic designer furniture in a larger space than your typical hotel room.
We use hotel grade, 600 thread count bedding, terry cloth robes, provide enough towels for all guests & a fully stocked kitchen.
Two bedrooms have a Queen bed while the third one is a double bed. Each bedroom can comfortably sleep two people.
Living areas has a 55' TV with Netflix + Amazon prime + IP TV.
Kitchen has a basic cookware, plates and utensils that guests can use to cook in,.
We take pride in our beautiful balcony that has enough comfortable seating for all guests as well as panoramic views overlooking the city.
Relax under the stars up in the clouds on the patio egg chair. The living room has a beautiful designer couch big enough for everyone. You can look directly out into the city & enjoy the 55" television. The couch is big enough to sleep 1 person comfortably.
