8. Lost keys/fobs incur a replacement fee.

Yorkville started as a small subdivision in the 1830s. It began its official life when it was incorporated as a village in 1853, before becoming part of Toronto in 1883. During the 1960s, it was the hub of Toronto’s youth counterculture. Its coffeehouses kick-started the careers of such luminaries as Joni Mitchell, Buffy Sainte-Marie, Gordon Lightfoot and Neil Young.
