1. First and foremost, please treat the property as if it was your own home.
2. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.
3. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Guests who smoke inside the premises will be fined.
4. No unregistered guests are allowed.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
7. Please be mindful of your neighbours and avoid making noise after 11pm.
8. Lost keys/fobs incur a replacement fee.
9. Please do not move around any of the furniture.
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Public transit is right outside your door, a block down is the King streetcar running every few minutes day or night. Walk up to the Queen streetcar and be in another part of the city.
